Default rover 75 2005 facelift. 2.0 petrol auto conn. wet windscreen

Every day, regardless of weather the whole of my windscreen is soaking wet inside, sometimes but rarely rear screen as well. Air con & heating working fine, checked all drain holes (bulkhead area) + pollen filter trough drain hole, all clear & unobstructed. Any ideas anyone.

Usually through water in the plenum. However you've already checked this.

Are the carpets in the car dry ?

Any water in the boot ?

To get the screens wet on the inside you've definitely got water INSIDE your car somewhere.

If you have a sun roof then it could be coming from the roof drain pipes.

A physical check is, unfortunately, the only way to find the problem area.-----
