All I have been able to do so far is check that 12v is available which it is so when weather improves will have to investigate further. Maybe I'll have van serviced before I sell so technician can perhaps sort it. My van is parked on a sloping drive with towbar facing house, I made up a lead to connect lighting but not for fridge side. Good luck with finding your answer.

You can get 12 volts out of a torch dry battery but it won't run your fridge.

Or start your car.---
