This is the twist on box that turns clockwise to fit after bulb is fitted . Forgot to describe it earlier ... thanks .

NO its called an ignitor or striker box. The ballast is the large rectangular box which sits above this. This is a separate item that has to be removed to change the burner bulb. It sits below the cover upon which the ballast is screwed to. It is a box that is about 2ins square that is remove by turning anticlockwise 1/4 turn and pulls out. I did buy a cheap version from china .. but it does not fit ... so i need a spare ...
