rear shocks and front lower balls
Afternoon
Just after some advice. Advisory on the MoT - rear dampers misting. I was thinking of the DMGR latest . offer (from MG7) - are they any good? Also, though it went through the MoT without mention, the front lower ball joints are getting worn, and I also noted that rear tyres are wearing slightly more on the edges. I will get the rears done - its cheaper - and do proper four wheel alignment, but do you think I need to get the front LBJs done too or will this not be an issue to alignment and probably last for a bit longer? Just trying to keep costs down. Any thoughts, and what price for labour roughly? Thanks Paul |

I've done both this year. The rear shocks are easy to do and shouldn't affect the alignment at all. Changing the front arms - definitely worth getting the alignment checked.
No idea of labour costs.

The front lower ball joints are a must if you intend to get the tracking done otherwise you are wasting your money.---
