Default fitting a Chinese Radio Sat Nav

Hi all i purchased a Chinese android radio sat nav a couple of weeks ago just getting round to fitting it into my Rover tourer which has the Highline system when purchasing it it says for BMW e46 and Rover 75 1999-2005 but the plugs are different i have managed to get the socket up that is down the back of the ashtray only to find that only one of the plugs supplied has round pins it does fit but only has fourteen round pins the other one has flat pins which doesn't go into the other rover socket which has round pin holes i have messaged the seller but thought i would ask the members if they have experienced the same thing and does the seller supply the correct ones or do i need to buy that myself thanks in advance
