Afternoon all, no sunshine here but boy is it muggy I'm wet through just doing some feeding of the lawns & weeding. Just been on litter picking duty in our street with the missus, The council supply you with those litter pickers & bags to keep your street tidy.

Our section is 200 yards one way & 200 yards t'other way, today's tally over a dozen ppe masks , 2 unopened covid 19 test kits, 11 drinks cans, 8 x 2 ltr plastic pop bottles & umpteen pieces of litter, There are some scruffy gets around here.

You need to take time to think about yourself Rich and not worry about everybody/everything else.

Thanks Jeff but I think its time to seek medical intervention as thisnis happening more often now.I contact feeli it starting last night and tried to fight it back but couldn't. I tried to run out of the house late last night in a bid to try and clear my head, but Fiona stopped me, when I woke this morning I felt no better and had another meltdown.. im ok atm but extremely fatigued so will likely go for a kip when we get home.
Its only the last 4 years or so I have had these episodes never had any of this when I was younger..When I recover I feel so daft but its so unpredictable and uncontrolable

There is no shame in seeking help Richard, most people have a spell over the dark side during their lifetime.

I had a nervous breakdown 20 years ago,I was in a very bad place,I was late seeking help,I thought I could do it on my own,I was wrong,I finally went to see the doctor who put me on the road to normality.

Go see the doctor, expain everything and you will soon be on the road to normality, good luck Richard ,you can and will overcome your demons.

Lonely days are long
Twilight sings a song
All the happiness that used to be

Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

I'll see you in my dreams
And then I'll hold you in my dreams

The starlings & sparrows have been hammering those big suet log feeders, Just managed to find the last refill in the garage to put in the bird feeder, lots of fledgling sparrows being fed by the parent birds from it The sun has finally come out here, better late than never, beautiful evening now.

Thanks Steve, I think that will happen to me if I don’t seek help now.
Fiona isn’t just my rock she is my mountain, if it hadn’t been for her I think things may have got out of hand sooner..
