I was going to start a thread but I'll hop on this one if you don't mind! After a lot of searching I found a garage willing to do mine (that wasn't 3 hours drive away). I asked them for the old bits back as I thought it would be interesting to see the state of them after 7 and a bit years and 34,000 miles.

And as a bonus they saw the state of the ribbed V-belt so did that too:


I don't know how old the ribbed belt is. Could it be the original (124,000 miles)?
