Help in deciding concrete sealer
I am really struggling to decide on what concrete sealer to buy, can you help with a recommendation please?
This is the paint i have https://www.screwfix.com/p/leyland-t...rey-5ltr/88106 It went down well but I think the concrete like a lot of this place is carp. The paint is just rubbing off. I am hoping a sealer will sink into the concrete and provide a decent surface that will accept paint. thanks macafee2 |

I've used exactly the same product on my outdoor area and it's still good after 18 months use, did you wire brush the area first?

Paint sealer is most effective if applied whilst concrete is "green"

I've used that paint to good effect but applied it on one of the hottest and dryest days in the summer after a long, dry spell. I don't know if it would have been the same over damp concrete. I did leave it a couple of days to cure too.
