i think the way councils and the roads department re-act to these situations borders on the criminal , they are so slow to re-act it,s pathetic.

I agree mate, last year where we are was a shambles=ran out of salt in december

but goto say maybe they learned something from that as they are doing a great job last few days here, they have been out round the clock tbh

council tax will probs go up next year to cover it

I think the trouble with councils these days are that the workers are contract workers in the old days when I was much younger the workers were council men and took pride in their work
