Default Bluetooth cassette adapter - one that works?

Hello,
I've been fiddling quite a while with cassette adapters, both wired and bluetooth, and I've always run into issues - autoreversing, tape not playing at all, you name it. I'm currently looking for a bluetooth tape adapter that... just works! Does anyone have any idea which one could do the trick? Or should I just resort to FM adapters?

Worth mentioning I have a HiLine in my car.

Thanks!
