Default Finding my dads old 75

Around 2010 and 2012 my dad bought a 2002 Rover 75 Diesel and had it up to 2016 when I bought my first 75 PX03 XMM and would like to either track it down or find out how long it lasted it for after he sold it only thing I know for it is the Vin I can’t remember the number plate as it’s private plate was removed is there a way to track it down with no plate and only the Vin

If your dad had his private plate removed then it would have been reallocated the original number plate it was first registered with.

Do you not have any records of this ?

I’m not sure I’m looking through old photos too to find the plate
