Default Spark Plug Gap on a 2.0l v6?

While the Car is at home this week, as my Wife isnt using it for work, I have decided to get a few jobs done.

Spark plug change is one of them, Haynes recommends every four years, but to be honest, the car's previous owner doesn't have much in teh way of History for the vehicle, so I am assuming all the "General" Jobs to be in need.

Haynes recommends a Plug gap of 1mm - However it states that this is given by MG Rover for their Plugs and the gap may be different for other manufacters.

I have NGK Plugs and cannot find any info anywhere on plug gap

I think it will be preset and not adjustable . When they wear down it is time to throw them away
It's the modern way..........................

Usually come set at 0.9 mm if I remember correctly. I remember this figure because I close them down to 0.7 mm for LPG.
