It's cleared quite a bit here too Andy - no rain since about 4.30pm. There's a cool wind, but I'll happily swap that for the incessant rain.The site must be very well drained, as once it stopped raining it didn't take long for the standing water to drain away. Next challenge is to get my awning dry.

Funny thing here this morning..............The Sun is out

Got the carpet fitters coming today.
Will post some pictures up later.
Next week will be time to get the Estate Agents round and get the place on the market
