Actually 71.5mph. I set the cruise at 75mph and I only slowed down to go through Dundee and parts of the road around Glasgow where there was a 50mph limit. Interestingly the average mph on the display showed I had managed 72mph by the time I stopped at Penrith for fuel. I love driving in Scotland, the roads are so quite and seem to be in much better condition than down here in the South.

Did you fit them to the rear hubs?

Seriously though, it is always a great feeling when you do something worthwhile to the car. Especially if you havent done it before or that would cost money paying someone else to do it.

Oil and filters changed and service indicator reset. Also fitted New reverse switch after I purchased a cheap set of deep reach sockets. Mine wouldn't go over plug tried halfords there's same internal diameter narrows to soon. Ended buying a rail of 8 blackspur sockets from the range but they don't narrow so job done.

New ub fuel pump as a precaution.... Old one was weeping a little and I think a little noisy, and a new pollen filter.

I think the filter was the worst job of the two! Looked like it hadn't been done for a while and now I know why....

I dealt with a tiny bit of rust to one of my arches today. Love the blind! Could a girl fit one?
