Default You know that the diet is working

When at 3 in the afternoon you are still annoyed that those cold beef and pickle sandwiches you ate last night were in a dream.

cheers Ian

Thumbs up

You've just reminded me to go check the hotdog that I've got on the go in a pan, a bargain that I bought in Morrisons a few days ago which was reduced from 60p down to 10p.

Ian, are you on a diet then?

I thought I saw a recent photo of you, well! I think it was you. The fine figure of a young man looked half your size, was it you?

Hi Wes
Yes mate trying to lose a few kilos, going OK at the moment I'm down from 118 kg to 90 kg
Not easy but you know how tough it can be.

Wow! Well done Ian, that's 4 stone gone. How long have you been at it, what changes did you make?

I was same as you at 18.5 stone, I dropped 6 and have kept it off for 4 years now. The hardest part is keeping it off mate, no point dieting, you have to make a complete change and stick to it, know your body etc.

I'm well pleased for you, well done.

Thanks Wes.. Been working at it since last autum, changed our eating habits really, smaller portions more fresh fruit and veg very little red meat and we now make many of own meals such as curries, stir fries, fish cakes etc from scratch at home without using ready mixed products so we know exactly what goes in to them.
And of course no cakes, biscuits, take aways etc etc.

More holes in the belt
Having gone from 46" waist to 36" waist I've had to change belts.
