Default Rimmers - halogen projectors

The headlights on my '05 saloon have part numbers XBC 002770 and XBC 002760. I assume them to be standard halogen projectors. However I can't find that part number on Rimmers web site. Does anyone know which of these may be the equivalent pair units from Rimmers please?

XBC 002761 / XBC 002771

or

XBC 002781 / XBC 002791

The first part numbers you mention have been superseded by the later ones, as far as I know thats the only difference.

All four have identical descriptions and application (all fit cars from SN 4D321638) so I wonder why there's a £30 price difference between the first and second pair? Was there a change to the interior colour, something like grey to black?

XBC 002761 / XBC 002771 are rover 75 mkii halogen projectors with the grey inserts.

XBC 002781 / XBC 002791 are mg zt mkii halogen projectors with the black inserts.

If you look closely at the pics you'll see the grey inserts for XBC 002761 / XBC 002771 and black inserts for XBC 002781 / XBC 002791.

The description also states application-rover for XBC 002761 / XBC 002771 and application-MG for XBC 002781 / XBC 002791

The black insert ones look much better.

Ah, that was it, 75 vs ZT. Rimmer usually denotes something like 'MG only' in the parts description, but I don't see that in the headlamp listings.
