car parts 4 less refund
Has anyone delt with their warranty claims?
I currently have a warranty claim with car parts for less for an Luk master cylinder and received a phone call on my drive home saying it had gone through but my card isn't working and can I give them the card number. I thought this a bit odd and asked what card number they had and they guy said "we aren't given that information" Seem fishy to anyone else? |

Does sound a bit fishy. I would contact them directly yourself and see what's happening.

Sounds very dodgy to me
I would say never give out your credit card details over the phone unless you made the call and the phone number came from a trusted source. Could be genuine but as suggested I would contact them directly just to be sure. |

Thanks, That's exactly what I was thinking. When I queried it he said "if you're worried about the withheld number call back on xxxxx" but as I was driving I couldn't take it down.

I heard something not long ago about someone providing a number to call back on, turned out to be an accomplices number, in other words, a scam, be careful. Are Carparts4less a subsidiary of Euro Car Parts? maybe someone from Euro can explain.

Phoned them first thing this morning and all sorted, have no idea what card details they had though?
