I am sure it is, as I am sure the engine is identical to the pre-face lift

160 upgrade
I have had my 160 upgrade now by Phil-T4 for two weeks and loving every minute, if that is what it is like with a 160 remap, what must a 190 ZT feel like. Julien |

A petrol V6 is completely different to the diesel
The petrol engine in my opinion is far smoother and pulls from very low rpm, however, the diesel remap gives you a simple massive chunk of torque at around 2000rpm, enough to push you back in the seat The V6 just pulls and pulls and doesnt seem to really run out of puff, I am sure through the gears the diesel is quicker, however, I have gone from a 160bhp diesel to a T4 177bhp V6 and wouldnt want to go back to the diesel now

Got my facelifted 75 classic on Sunday, and had it re-mapped to 160 by Phil-T4 on Monday morning! Completely transforms the car and makes it much more fun to drive. Worth every penny.

Yes the 160 map for the facelift has been available for some time now
It isn't one map fits all the map is different depending on ECU and transmission type Russ

Can it be done on the autobox version ? if so, does it weaken the box ?
Is there any difference in fuel use ? |

Yes auto's are included, i am not aware of any issues after the 160, in fact some say the gear change is smoother!
Fuel use depends on how heavy your right foot is, but generally there is no change unless you have a 116, then consumption afterwards is better |
