Well I have a good friend coming down on Friday, I have my friend Graham coming on the morning, then we are having a cuppa and popping out for lunch.
I’m looking forward to see him as we haven’t been to any club meets for about 3/4 years.

Got an appointment on the 1st December & they've requested the hormone injection be in place from the clinics pharmacy on that date.

The receptionists don’t know much about each patient as there are thousands of patients in a practice. What a good job Ian you rang up. By coincidence my younger brother gets his hormone injection from his GP once a month plus with the new tablets he is taking, he has to have his liver and kidney function checked every 2 weeks with a blood test which is carried out at the GP practice. Clearly there are different levels of access to health care depending on where people live.

It’s great you are a good cook and we enjoy looking at the photos of your cuisine, please keep posting.

It's definitely soup weather out there, I've got lots of frozen vegetables from the garden so I'm just making a big pan of vegetable soup

That cold wind ain't half picked up, It's blowing the garden chairs over. Bowl of home made vegetable soup with soft dumplings You can still see the steam rising off it.

Hellfire! Had a couple of hours of very heavy rain, now we've got lightning and thunder rattling the windows.

Morning all

Yesterday Jessica managed to get a face to face meeting with a new GP who is going to give me a blood test today, which is great progress. 100% Jessica, thank you very much.

What is everyone up to?
