What's this part for

So recently I discovered a pond in with my spare wheel while sorting it I found this disconnected item in pic I'm guessing it was for sat nav that came with stock radio can anyone confirm?

The reverse parking aid isn't working just want to make sure it's nothing to do with this

Its the highline radio module or looking at the pictures is WAS a highline radio!!
