Default H7 bulbs confusion

I change headlight bulbs and 99% are H7 with 2 pins to plug onto.
Popped the bonnet on a neighbours car and his H7 bulbs have 3 pins to attach to the plug.
Is the 3rd contact for high beem?
Not necessarily a problem except I need to go and buy some different bulbs if it is critical to the lights working correctly.

I'll put my glasses on this time and have a good look!!!

Edit. Indeed they say H4. This is why we buy specs and should wear them.
