I really want to try this but maybe use hdr (may be overkill) not sure it will look as good with a Silver car though! Not that silver is a bad colour

Not bad for 5 mins work.
The light was fading and I wasn't using a tripod so the pictures were not exactly the same. Also I didn't bother to crop it properly. Just wanted to get the feel for it.

Excellent work Steven.
 It's surprisingly easy, and quite addictive too. I had a go at butchering my front bumper - not a particularly pretty pic, but fun all the same:
