Default Anyone else out there who visits Africa?

Why not post up some of your favorite animal shots.

depends on what you think is unusual. Stuck a whole bunch of my insect shots on another thread so I'll stick a whole bunch of bird shots on this thread. I don't think there's many bigger animals here. All native apart from the owl - think it's european.

Great shots there. Interesting to see the kind of birds you get over there, very different to the ones found here.

Yeah there's a huge variety of birdlife - so much so that many people go on safari just for the birds.
I'm not much good with birds though, I have to catch them sitting still generally to get a good shot.

I took a look at you webpage though and you have some really nice stuff on there - looks like you know what you're doing with PS as well.

Since you are interested in wildlife you might like to take a look at Outdoorphotography.com.za - it's a site based in Africa with some really excellent photographers contributing - and plenty of mugs like me as well.

Cheers,

Jeff

Thanks, I'll take a look at the link in a bit (gotta go sort the car out now!). I haven't updated my website in almost a year so there's nothing new on there really. In fact I closing it soon to source a new one.

I should have more diversity of animals shots after my trip to Indonesia in Nov
