Script error message

I keep getting a pop up saying "script error" and then a brief description of a problem , something like " S is undefined " and a message saying do you want to keep running programmes on this page , yes or no ?, getting really annoying now , how do i get rid of it ?

I would say probably remove the virus or malware that's causing it! Which browser are you using?
