Lonely days are long
Twilight sings a song
All the happiness that used to be

Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

I'll see you in my dreams
And then I'll hold you in my dreams

Morning all.

Babysitting up North and the sky is blue with just a few fluffy white clouds

Pretty chilly though.

Might introduce Oliver to the importance of washing the car later on .

Water, suds, hosepipe and a 16 month old - what could possibly go wrong

Enjoy the weekend.

I was going to do some more work in the garden today but it's bloomin' cold out there so looks like a couch potato day

Soz I'm a Brummie wimp, our kid.

When Anthony came to Uni up here you can tell I was already getting old....

We had a congratulatory meal in the town a few weeks after freshers week - 'cus some bright spark had booked the same weekend for the students to arrive and the Great North Run .

By the time we came out it was a dark and cold November evening. First thoughts weren't Coooorrrrr they were "you'll catch your death wearing that lass." And IMHO the lads in string vest, shorts and flip flops were just daft .

I never embraced those trends even when I was younger.
Suppose I better go and sort that water leak I mentioned to you, right where's me fleece and gloves? PS the string vests and flip flops were probably a stag night.
