Sorry, but Admin cannot, neither can we retrieve ours

However, you have a facility to create a new folder, where you can move important PMs into, and these avoid being culled when you do your housekeeping.

Also if you scroll down the inbox page there is an option to save ALL you PM's in one go into a text (and other formats) onto your HDD. So all is not lost
