Ah yes, I remember mention of that too. Maybe I'll get him next time then.

Fred was to be handed from one person to the next when he started on his journeys with a maximum stay of 2 weeks in any one persons company, pre booking is probably not a good idea in my view as it will lead to problems with logistics.
My vote would be for Actros to hand him on at the earliest opportunity to a willing party, if at the right time and place to ship out to the Falklands, all well and good if not then so be it. He has already been held up more than once which is against the rules set up in the first instance. I appreciate rules can be broken when necessary providing they do not prevent his travels continuing.
His travels were to be all by chance and not contrived, pre booking will inevitably cause him to be stopped for long periods.

Kandyman instigated the concept, set the rules and provided the bear so personally I think the final decision as to whether that continues or should be changed lie with him.
My 2d's worth.

I think "booked" may have been me slightly misleading, sorry.
I think Collit should have him as no firm arrangements were made.

......He can always go to Iraq later.

Yes Lee, where else do you suggest I take him? I have a few ideas in mind.

I'm sure Fred will enjoy Riga. The Latvian female bears are notoriously good looking!

Hope he's got more than just a T shirt to wear. Going to be down to -7 C next week.

Is he likely to visit the other Baltic countries?

I'm sure he'll be warm enough, he's got a fur coat as well as his T shirt.

Not sure about other Baltic countries this time. 2 years ago we went to Estonia. He would've liked that.

If nobody else wants him before Christmas, he'll be spending it in France with us.

If you decide to head south to Vilnius will be pleased to hear from you. Have a good trip!
