Default Cooling fan fix due.

Got few days to mess with so could be attemping to put right the non working of the slow speed. Bit of a scarey project as am going to attempt to repair the fan that's faulty. Aurora from E.M.S kindly gave me a faulty motor that they had replaced, so i've set about, and successfully, removed the good brushes from it, and hope to transplant one to the worn one on mine. Sort of challange I like so what's to lose ?
Will either be or
