Evening all, just awoke from posting this morning, still feel yuk. daughters not happy! they were supposed ferry her car on a rescue truck at 10:00am to a garage, it only turned up at 5:30pm and promptly drove off saying he couldn't gain access to the service rd at the back of the house. Looks like I'll have to drag it out with the Rover tomorrow if I'm up to it.

Morning everyone.
Bright and sunny this morning, no wind. There is a bungalow to go and view this afternoon.

Just for a change its cold cloudy and drizzly here. More to the point I mafe my flask and sandwiches this morning, got to work and realised I left them on the kitchen bench. Im working out in the sticks today so no shop for miles, means nothing to eat or drink all day.

Did anybody else watch "Harry's Heroes - The Full English" last night. I only found it channel surfing during the ads of the channel I was watching. It was so funny I downloaded it to watch and am recording the rest, next episode tonight. Harry Redknapp is managing a team of retired pro footballers all in their 50s, they think its just a fitness thing but there's a game against a similar German team lined up.
The levels of fitness, or lack of it, varies wildly. He'd arranged a game against a local youth team, Redknapp is on the touchline watching the game when he commented "Jesus, I'm going to have to bring Razor (Ruddock) off or he's gonna have a heart attack!" It was so bad he ended the game early |
