At home hobbies....
Well I guess we will all have some time to fill in the house over the next while.
Time to look out the aircraft model kits again. I have a nice 1/48 scale Tornado F3 (RAF Leuchars 111 squadron) special marks and a cool but slightly large 1:32 Tornado GR4. A few weeks there... What is anyone else going to be filling their 'home' time with? One I built earlier |

Plenty of die cast model work to keep me busy. Have a few jobs for other people to finish off.

Yes, plus carry out conversions. Do re-paints. Build anything from 1/76th through to 1/8th. Only work on cars, a few lorries and the occasion bus. Been a hobby for close on 60years now.

I've been fixing some Scalextric cars to sell as no longer wanted.
We have been trying to empty the house of stuff we no longer want, also cleaned and tidied our sons bedroom as he "moved out", done some diy in his room. Now to do a bit of diy in our daughters room... she moved out about 10 years ago. Doing a bit of maintenance and service on my saloon, ordered filters to service the Tourer. cleared the garage of some stiff but this is on going, bit of gardening and seed planting. Lots of recorded stuff to watch, a fence to renew, more gardening to do. more house clearing to do, more diy to do. We will keep "busy" macafee2 |

Painted the fence last year, weather permitting I,ok paint a mural on the concrete monstrosity the council put round the oil tank 😀. .... Made a few more bits of Harry Potter items, I've got a few more bits to make for friends. There's looking after the wife who is on 12week shielding☹️ 3 kids to feed and keep entertained , dog to walk and then there is stuff to do on my car 😀 I might even get the tattoo kit out, think I've got plenty to keep me busy for a while 😀....... Stay safe.......

I've lined up a load of jobs around the house, sent my wife out to get paint and decorating things to keep me busy, and ordered a load of wood etc from Wickes to do some bits in the kids bedrooms (just moved house). But work doesn't seem to be showing any signs of slowing down at the moment. A couple of plants are only doing 6-2 and 2-10, as not enough workers to run a nightshift, but my plant is as busy as ever, still offering 12 hour shifts and weekend working!
My Dads work has closed down, so he's spent the day cleaning the car and his bikes, don't what he'll do for the rest of the time. |

Well my isolation didn't last long as I'm at work now with a skeleton staff in place as alot of our customers are building units for hospitals etc so we are working hard to make sure we can deliver on these priority jobs what I was really pleased about is the willingness of staff to come in at very short notice and give 100% to make sure this can happen
