Now hang on a minute here !! I have just voted to say I'm not voting.
 How can I not vote and vote that I'm not voting at the same time as I'm voting to not vote ????????? Anyone who can solve that problem gets my vote what I've got left over from the poll in which I have voted not to vote. OK ??? Colv.
