Default How to get in touch - all methods listed here.

Hello guys and girls,

I thought it best to post a collective list of all contact methods, as we're frequently asked which method is best.

Email - [email protected]. Checked at least once daily.
PM on here (DMGRS). Checked at least once daily.
Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/discountmgroverspares/ Checked at least once daily.


Other MG Rover forums also have us under the same name (DMGRS) and are checked as frequently.

When messaging about an order, if you can include the name used when ordering, your order number, or the delivery postcode it'll help us look it up a little quicker.

I'll update this list as we go on.

Quick update, we're trialing using our [email protected] (also [email protected]) email addresses on a new piece of software - meaning replies should be a lot quicker as I have a dedicated computer just for monitoring the inbox.

Feedback on speed of replies to direct emails welcomed - we made the change today.

Default Phone Number ?

Hi Matt.
I have often wanted to purchase some items from you, but one of the reasons I have not is that you have no Phone contact number, I am sure this would be beneficial to both the customer and yourself/company.

There are so many cheap tariffs about now that the cost to you would be minimal, also it would be the customer ringing you not the other way round, are you at any time going to add the phone number to your great service if so then my mind would be changed.

I myself have sent a message re the mg7 units but as yet no reply. As Steve says, a phone of some description would be a good call (pardon the pun).

Still working on it - I'm out of the office more than I'm in, and without being able to look up part numbers / check stock / check on courier tracking etc.

Looking into if I can get the business partner to deal with that side, it's a work in progress. Cost isn't the issue - it's being able to provide consistent support without having endless callbacks to do.

To be fair, you sent the message on Friday night at 9PM and I replied before 1PM on Monday - that's less than 4 working hours.

Wouldn't say that's too bad...
I have a family and other commitments outside of work, so over the weekend I tend to not be around so much.
