Best hand pads for Maguiars Ultimate?
I'm getting together a shopping list and am wondering which would be the best pads to use by hand with the Maguiars Ultimate Compound. I don't like their recommended pads because I know I'm going to find using them with even pressure difficult due to the shape. (I've tried using small round pads before on other things, not at all ergonomic, I really don't like them).
I'd rather use something shaped like this: Much easier for me to hold and apply even pressure. Pad held on the sides with fingers, palm providing even pressure. The thought of doing a whole car by hand using silly thin round things, no thanks. However, there's a bewildering choice out there. Can anyone recommend one that would be ideal to use with the Ultimate Compound please? Something like this maybe? http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/acata...pad-cat24.html or this? http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/acata...pad-cat24.html Thanks, Ali.

How about these?
https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/161968184246 I found these quite good before I bought a proper polisher https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/111707632366

Yes, I was looking at the hexologic pads, but I don't need three different pads or do I?
What did you use yours for, colour of pad wise? Seeing as you say they're good I might give them a go. Ali.

It was the G3 pads I found good, white pad for the compound and the black one for the polish. They seem to work quite well. The 3 different pads are all different density's but that's as far as my knowledge goes, you'll need a better brain than mine to interpret what each one does
