Cruise Control Not Working ***** Sorted *****
I just recently bought a 04 75 Facelift Diesel. The owner who had it before me had the clutch done about a month ago. When buying the 75, I asked if the Cruise Control Worked, he said it was, but had not driven it to far after the clutch had been done.
The switch light lights up green, but not indication of working on dash..... I suppose the switch on clutch pedal has come loose Adie Last edited by RugbyRover; 9th October 2016 at 14:52.. |

Hi Adie,
Try pushing the switch, on the clutch, back in until you feel a click. I had the same problem and this post from Mike Noc helped me. http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...88&postcount=2 My cruise control is now working fine.

Located the switch..... pushed back in until it clicked. Same as the brake switch. Pressed switch on centre console, that lights up, but not lighting up on the ipk.......

The correct procedure for both clutch and brake pedal is.... Press the pedal down, reach around above and behind the pedal and push the switch towards you, then gently / slowly release the pedal, so it moves the switch to the correct position. Release the pedal too quickly, and it will fire the switch too far back out. The switch is just held in place, in its socket by friction and easily disturbed.

Think light will only come on dash when cc engaged. Need to be moving at least 25 - 30 mph

Cruise Control Not Working
Did the way by pedal in.... push switch in until it clicks, took it for a spin, got upto 40 mph, press switch on centre console, which turned green, but nothing on IPK.....
