kv6 cam tool... geniune request please help..
hi
please help i'm despo to source a cam locking tool for my kv6 engine... please can anyone help... i cant asked a garage and so need a fellow DIY'er's help.... brand new your looking £350 plus... surely someone has been in this position before and maybe purchsed the tool... maybe it could be a good business venture, renting these units out... anyway... if anyone can help i would be tottaly greatful.... i can't buy one of this tools but more than willing to pay for the use of someones else... please drop me a message if you can help,, or point me into the right direction. |

I don't think you will get much joy sourcing these from members as said before,
generally a Garage job or hire from a Spares shop. To expensive to keep for the one off jobs. But good luck in your search. |

I know nothing about the KV6 but is this something you could use to fabricate your own locking system?

Depends on your Location in Country,
add it to your profile to help others. Here (North Wales) we have two car specialists that hire either 24 hrs or 48 hrs but are not cheap, but do save the expense of purchasing one off use items, and ramps and things can be handy instead of storage problems etc. |
