Default jammed cup holder

Hi Everyone

a few niggles with my ZT-T, only had it two days and im picking faults
1-passenger side cup holder jammed and wont fully open.any idea's how to get it out without breaking it?
2-gearknob wont stay on......annoying but.........help please!!

Gear knob, give it a clout downwards, should secure it.
Cup holder, lower the ashtray and push the cupholder and pull the facia plate of it at the same time. It should release. Then you need to take it out of the dash, clean the tracks up and put some grease on it, it should come back to life then. Mine did. There is a how to fit a driver cupholder in the how too section follow that and it should give you some help. There is a little lug you have to lever up/down to release the cupholder.
