A rover back into a club members ownership
Picked up a Blue 75 Club SE spec auto tourer today to add to the connie I have.
Judging by the stickers she has been owned by a club member before, but she is looking a bit sorry for herself so I'll have some work to do but most pressing is no heat from heater so its going to get booked in for a new thermostat. Been a Newbury/Basingstoke area car for some time and I have a bunch of old MOTs and a bit of service info. Out of interest is the rear bumper top edge profile on a facelift tourer the sames as a pre facelift?. Just wondering if the protective strip would fit - supplier doesnt know. See green car pic. Been trying to save a black 75 in Oxford from what I fear will be a breaking exercise but the owner was elusive - despite me chasing for the last few days to go up. He tells me he has now sold it grrrrrr :-(. Add that to a tourer in Reading I got gazzumped on and thats two that I feel will be appearing in pieces on fleabay :-( - very frustrating.
