Default Throttle sticking

So did the thermostat on the V6 keyhole method and now got a sticky throttle. Intermittently it sticks at around 1250 but sometimes higher, blipping the throttle causes it to drop back to normal. Tried TPS reset makes no difference, TB is clean but it appears it is the butterfly that is sticking as this bit isn't dropping back to rest.

Any thoughts to a fix
