ECU saga continues
Hi all
I recently posted about my ecu getting wet and not working. I was kindly pointed in the direction of the ecu doctor. They did the business on my ecu and it was fitted on Monday, all was well until the next morning when the car wouldnt start, turning over but not firing. I noticed that the engine management light was not comming on when i turn the ignition on and i cannot hear the fuel pump priming. Could this be related to the repaired ecu or does it sound like an unrelated problem with the fuel pumps. Not having the engine management light seems strange to me. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Paul |

Unless you can get it on a T4, I would suggest sending it back to get it tested again.....seems too much of a coincidence to me.

sounds like an immobailiser problem to me . if the immobaliser isnt caming off when your putting key in ,then ou wont start it and as you seen there will be no fuel ,your have to have it re flashed to the car ..
