Default black ice warning!!!!!!!!

hi all hit black ice last monday lost control ended up on the pavement [its a good job there was no one walking on the pavement at 6.45 in the morning]
blew my tyre so called the r.a.c up they came said there is nothin we can do we will have to send a recovery truck out & send it to the nearest garage
now garage has said the steering rack has snapped inside the box + sill damage dent in wing
so i called my insurance & now awaiting to see wot there going to do now i was only goin 10 m.p.h cant believe the damage caused ime gutted!

Sorry to hear about that. Best to find the price before you think about insurence, the way it is today. Hope you get all fixed up

Conditions are certainly bad at the moment, last weekend I hit black ice on a slip road at about 70mph and completely lost my car, luckily managed to sort of regain control although at the time it didn't seem as if I would. This was at lunch time and the temp was about 10 degrees out!!
