Which towing mirrors?
Can you guys recommend me some towing mirrors? the ones I have you have to tilt the mirror right down to the floor so the clips will fit.
Cheers

These are vastly superior to anything else for our cars. The surrounds which fit around the edges of the door mirrors have two sets of ridges to fit both bullets and skullcaps. They are rock steady, and once adjusted, can be taken off and re-fitted without having to be reset. They do occasionally come up on Ebay, so it's worth keeping an eye on that, and there has been the odd set offered on this Forum - but they are a bit like hens' teeth

I would recommend the Milenco Aero mirrors. Good solid mirror - no wobbling or shaking and should fit any car. Admittedly I haven't used them on my ZT, just on the wife's Megane tourer.

I use these, they're very easy to fit and they don't get lost if you don't tighten them properly.( I wonder how I know?)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/offer-lis...0312667&sr=8-4 And they don't cost a lot to replace when the vehicle in front knocks a large traffic cone into your path! Mick |

I use Milenco but they are a tight fit around the glass.
Also if using make sure they are fully tightened onto the mirror. On my first trip out I lost one just 3 miles from home as I did not want to over tighten them thus marking the mirror body. Now I make sure they are right up tight. |

Just tilt the car mirror down a little to give some extra space above the mirror. I have Milenco and have no issues with them apart from the comment above. I have a spare pair that I got at a car boot sale for £4 with a proper bag for storing them macafee2 |
