Because I was bored.

This thread/posts will be about the jobs I did on the car because I was bored, please feel free to add your silly or good jobs you did because you were bored

Cleared the drain holes below the front screen wipers

3

Removed the wiper cap which would be for a left hand drive car, they had stated to fade.
4

5

Gave them a quick rub over.
6

Primed them.
7

Sprayed them black & refitted them
8

9

Keep looking in to see what other boring things I will be doing, or to see what others have done, I wonder how bored I will get today in my isolation pod.

thanks Arctic I'll go check my holes.
As I have the car in the air doing front end work I got under the rear sub frame and replaced the 4 large "washers" around the sub frame bolts with ones I've cleaned and painted.
The ones I removed once cleaned and painted will serve again at some point

Used scratch remover on every panel, caught a row of bushes going to work a few weeks back. Thing is, I think after a good clean....'what a good time to sell it'. No worries, quickly put the thought aside.

Another bored project rear seat pulls I made a few more which were going to be used at the Nano meets to help with the rear seat upright getting stuck.

Thanks for some more ideas I don’t want at the moment. A bit cheesed off today. Tried to replace my rear spring offside on the silver one.The small bolts for the arb would not move, and not knowing my own strength, carried on trying to undo them. These are the small ones that secure it to the body. Rounded the heads off on the one side. Aargh.Looks like a subframe off job now. Well I had ordered two rear drop links for it. Really I wanted to do the subframe off job, but not now. Oh well.
