Default Well done Jeff!

Looks lovely Jeff, you certainly had a lovely day for it, glad your wearing a hat!
She looks lovely and I reckon the closest you will get to turn key reliability without buying new...

Looks like a lovely low key tranquil mooring for her as well.

Just enjoy now. I would suggest getting used to her before doing too many modifications.

You will soon realise what is required to improve live aboard comfort.

Simple things like what mobile network will allow you to keep in touch ( if you want to keep in touch).

We found a couple of fold away bikes opened up so much exploring chances once moored.

You already have all the camera gear to explore the fantastic wildlife viewing.

Having a bolt hole to stay in this part of the world might allow you to take advantage of Snetterton offerings during the remainder of season.

Sure you are aware that the schools have today broken up in Norfolk so on a cautionary note the broads will get much busier with hire craft. having said that you can always find somewhere to escape to if you are relatively self sufficient.

I will watch your progress with interest and feel free to pm me if you want any guidance or assistance

Cheers Mark,

Don't worry, the modifications are electrical.
Adding a volt meter and accessory sockets.
Tv fitted and aerial, my sort of thing
Oh yeah.....a horn as well as the one on the boat is a handheld job

Nothing needs doing with the boat itself as everything works really well and is in very good order.

Just personalisation stuff really, some nice cushions and a few pictures, that sort of thing

Hope you might come down and say hello some time Sir, grab a pint down the river

Bit late to this thread but congratulations on the new boat! The Broads are a lovely part of the world.....I'm very lucky to live here

If you do decide to make the trek to the southern rivers then bear in mind that mooring in Reedham can be a little tricky when the tide's in full flow however it's not too bad, that said I have had a couple of 'rough landings'

Cheers,

We hope to slowly get round to various different parts of the Broads so will no doubt traverse Breydon Water and on to the Southern Broads at some point
