30 minutes and counting . . . . until I have to try to slip Pops a tranquilliser for her appointment at the groomers at high noon. She's a suspicious wee thing, if she thinks you're trying to give her something then no matter how tasty a thing its wrapped in she won't touch it.
11:15 - Slipped her it in a piece of hot dog, see if it helps. Last edited by stevestrat; 27th February 2019 at 10:16.. |

Hi Steve, the surgeon who did the bypass in December 2015, replied today to my email about it. He said I am to stay on the Clopidogrel and the anti-ulcer medication for life.

Afternoon all, what another cracking sunny day again here, been mowing the lawns again this afternoon along with re-potting some flower seedlings I grew from seeds, the grass ain't half growing in this sunny warm weather.
It's roast chicken, roast spuds,carrot/swede mash, peas and sweetcorn for tea Edit: Almost forgot! I made a big batch of Sage & onion stuffing to go with it too.

Shattered after spending nearly 5 hours cleaning Allen's car, not that it was that dirty, just that I'm not as agile as I used to be.

Being clipped etc was a much better experience for Pops this time, even though she was still stoned for a good while after she got home! Groomer said there were no hysterics from her at all.

Good morning all, it got to 33C yesterday and the forecast is 31 today, so a leisurely day is planned. What is everyone up to?
