Our relatives from Denholme are snowed in! My sister in law has just set off to the Co-op for provisions!

“I am just going outside and may be some time”. These were the last words of the Antarctic explorer Captain Lawrence Edward Grace "Titus" Oates (1880–1912).

Do you rotate the cats, the cupboards, or the food?

Pops is fine, eats just about anything you put in front of her but Suzy and Maya are pains in the ar...! Ging is partly to blame, if they don't eat she'll give them some of her food so they ended up with the attitude we don't have to eat that, Mummy will give us something better.

Jeez! Continually checking that website is a pain in the butt, like I'm stalking it

Chicken for the girls is roasting in the oven . . . . wonder if they'd let me have some? I have no appetite but must admit it smells good

Evening all.

Wall tiles all up, grouting to be finished tomorrow once the adhesive has cured.

Also the shower and shower screen and towel rail radiator going in tomorrow.

Our builder is off on another job next week but should hopefully be back Friday to then finish off with laying the floor tiles, fitting bath panels, bathroom cabinet, shaver light, ceiling light and the remaining fixtures

New Bathroom by Jeff Cranwell, on Flickr

Can't wait to see it all finished......It'll be too posh to wash in

Cool

Evening everyone.

We’ve had sun all day and the wind has dropped. Still blooming cold though.
Managed to get some build done on the Lotus.

Left home to attend the diabetes eye check centre. That made my eyes water with the drops put in. Walked home.

Roast chicken, roast spuds, spinach and gravy. Melon & pineapple for dessert.

Just a glass of red wine to round the evening off.
