I read somewhere that black tape has been deemed illegal by some French Coppers, no idea if it is true or not.

As for using sellotape to re-use the old ones - all the residue comes off cleanly with cheap glue remover no problem at all.

Never been stopped or told it's illegal in 30 years of use by me in France, Belgium, Holland or Italy, Germany and Luxembourg. I suppose there is always a first time!!!!!!
