Default Recording Internet radio

We're not really radio people, but after having recently seen "Just A Minute" on it's TV version, we thought we'd like to have some on CD to take when we go away in the caravan

However, as these cost around a tenner for four episodes we're looking to recording some. Now obviously we don't want to do anything illegal, so is it possible to record from Internet radio, and if so, is it legal to do so?

Cheers folks!

I use 'Tunein Radio Pro' app on my iphone to record shows I like then play it in the car via USB cable from phone to stereo head unit ...

Yes it is illegal to record from the Radio.

But...............

I ain't grassing on ya'

Disclaimer: I in no way support Piracy or illegal Broadcasting and understand that should I do and be caught doing so, I would be beaten with a 45 year old Copy of NME whilst being forced to listen to a 48 hour continuous loop of Englebert humperdink sings the Blues for a Minimum of 5 Years.....................

TBH, I wasn't sure. In these days of "catch up" TV complete with downloadable content (4oD for example), my thoughts were, if TV is OK to record (but not sell on) I surmised that radio should be, but you live and learn

I'll leave it then!

That is something I cannot get my head round too............I can 'Record' Live TV to watch later but not 'live' Radio or even my own CD Collection (Yes it is illegal to Copy your CD to another format like MP3 )

I cannot say too much due to club rules, but I would personally do it if it was me (Being very careful with my wording lol)

I looked for it on Sky radio channels, but couldn't find it (also not sure if you can record radio on Sky+?)

If I could, then I wouldn't know how to get recordings on to CD

Too scared too now! I'll just have to buy original CDs, listen to them, and sell them on.....

If it is for personal use I wouldn't worry, the anti Piracy Gestapo dudes are really only interested in people who pirate for profit

It took me awhile to find an episode of jam to setup the repeat record, just keep checking radio 4 every now and then, I'll check my box tonight after work to see if it's got a listing for the next episode
