Started replacing the fascias and guttering on the conservatory, once it got warm enough! I'm in the process of changing the fall and outlets on the gutters and downpipes to make them easier to keep clean. Getting the parts has been fun in these days of lockdown. Managed to get most from Screwfix on an emergency order as the water was getting in over some electrics!

I'm getting aches in muscles that I forgot that I ever had! The tan is coming on nicely! Just as well as Tui has cancelled my May holiday! My refund will no doubt arrive some time in August, via a claim from the credit card company if Tui go bust! Where's their smile now?

Did nothing to any of the 75 tourers but changed the engine oil and filter on the R8 cabby.

Jacked the ZT up to have a go at changing the front suspension arms but could not get the rear mount bolts loose. I didn't feel like jury-rigging a long bar to give it a better effort so instead I sanded the previous owner's curbing marks off the wheel I had removed. That went well so tomorrow I will carry on with the wheel refinishing project and leave the suspension for a time when I am feeling more motivated.
I did decide that a battery angle die grinder will be worthwhile for doing the wheels so I will see if I can find a store that is open to sell me one tomorrow

What sort of excuse is that? a set of cable ties, and an adjustable spanner.............where is Humpty Numpty when you need him most

I'm sitting listening to my jukebox work it's way through a load of my favourite 7" singles, and thinking about my next frabblement

Unfortunately any tools I have are at work and unavailable at the moment, it’s too expensive to double up at home too

I've no idea what you mean Mark, you come and cut my grass, and paint my hut, and I'll change your discs and you can take some really dodgy homemade spring compressors home.

Sorted

Do you think the 75 would stand out on the empty ish roads if I do the 200 mile round trip. Can you imagine the conversation “can I ask where your going too sir?” “yes, I’m going to paint Brian’s shed”

I am sure that the boys in blue would know immediately that it was a matter of urgency, and you would probably get a police escort?
