Sorry mate - two wheels aren't enough for me
Only experience of bikes was at the age of about 12, on my brother's Greaves Challenger trials bike. Me, on the bike, in a field - opened the throttle too quick on a low-geared machine - front wheel in air and me over the back of the bike.
Never got on one again

To be honest, the twisty and undulating nature of IOM roads wouldn't encourage me to travel at high speed - unless I was in a Prodrive Subaru Impreza WRX - or similar - with tarmac suspension and a damn good co-driver calling the pace notes
both have speed limits in places.
Just watch the Isle of Man TT to see how the roads are ridden on two wheels. Awesome, I'd be bottling it at half the speeds they ride at.

If the driver has stolen the car - return it to its rightful owner, charge said driver with theft of a motor vehicle too - and increase his punishment accordingly.

Howsabout an Escort

Back in the 70s, I was part of a motor club which marshalled on what was then the Lombard RAC Rally. We were at Dalby Forest in North Yorkshire, one of the many Forestry Commission tracks used in those days. Someone managed to get his hands on a speed gun, so we were taking regular readings of the competitors, on a piece straight forest track, followed by a "medium" left. Juha Kankkunen, one of many quick (daft?) Scandinavian drivers, was recorded at 123mph - not a lot you may say. Except there was about 9" of hard packed snow on top of the gravel, and the run off areas consisted of extremely large pine trees. Utter respect for car control

It might be a finance company or leasing company

I also used to marshal and carry out recovery with my Land Rover in Dalby Forest in the 70's & 80's . I was always amazed at the speeds and car control achieved by the professionals and how calm they were. The entrants further down the field would be gripping the steering wheel and revving the engine at the start. The top drivers would be chatting to the marshals and at about 30 secs to go, calmly tighten the straps on their helmet, put on there gloves a 20 secs to go , tighten the seatbelt straps at 10 sec, then off at zero secs. To drama at all.

IMHO the difference between a true professional and just someone who gets paid to do something.

We are exceptionally fortunate on here that we have a good number of the former who willingly help out everyone else. Thanks, you know who you are .

I can give another motorsport example from my marshalling days.

Silverstone 6 Hours race. Treated by the top teams as a pedal to the metal, thrashing, sprint in prep for Le Mans. If it breaks in 6 hours; it'll never make 24.

I was working in the pit lane - and seriously scary it was then, no speed limits, with the cars well into 3 figures before the garages had ended.

A good mate of mine had garages 1&2, just happened to be Derek Bell with the works Porsches.

Bell came in, car up, tyres, fuel......

Car dropped, Bell floors it, with the new tyres the car kicks sideways and catches my mates steel toecapped boot. .

Bell's stint finishes, he's out of the car an quite calmly looks for my mate and says "I'm sorry, I think I ran over your foot. Are you OK?"

Andy.
