Default Is That A 75 Tourer In The Flood?

Saw this on the BBC site, about a flood on the North Circular, but is that a Rover 75 Tourer in the flood? I hope all turned out better than it looks.

Not convinced it's a 75. Looks like dark door handles- do any of our cars have those? Could be down to how the light strikes them of course.
Also looks like the rear lights have a clear section above the red, and do they come too far round??

Does look as if someone got their Ferrarri stuck though.
